Velocity Leadership Development program now offered by more consultants
Alexandria, MN (November, 2011) – The Competitive Edge, a leadership and management consulting firm, has begun offering Velocity Leadership training and certification for independent consultants and company training professionals. The first certification was completed earlier this month in Chicago.
The Velocity tools enable management and training consultants to lead businesses through identifying the competencies leaders need to grow the business. Those unique competencies are applied in assessing what leadership development is needed, creating development plans, offering and facilitating nearly 50 training sessions and applying the competencies to hiring and succession planning.
